It is interesting how Celebrities have any particular reasons if they are going to buy homes. Some experts give opinions to this.

The Rooms:
- They want to have screening rooms to watch movies,
- Large entertainment spaces to host parties
- Elaborately equipped gyms
- High security systems
- The Private section.

The Houses:

- Should be set off the street or down a private driveway.
- Many houses in Beverly Hills have walled-in fortresses tucked into exclusive neighborhoods where the police response to calls for assistance in three minutes.

- Michael Jackson’s French chateau-inspired home, which was leased for a reported $100,000 a month, is listed for $23.5 million and includes everything the superstar could have dreamed of to keep the paparazzi away. The house also have an in-house spa, plush home theater and an elevator.
- One of the most expensive house sits on 4.7 acres of lush landscaping and boasts an orangery and a 56,500-square-foot mansion filled with a two-lane bowling alley, game arcade, billiard room and even a professional flower-cutting hall. They don’t have to pay cash, monthly mortgage of cause.
- Homes for this people can take time to sell, it could be half a year or more because the house is not normally sell right away because over 50 buyers are offering the same houses to them.
- How do they see such a home? Not on a nice Sunday afternoon at an open house. Instead, the process of viewing a celebrity home as a potential buyer is the most difficult task because they will show up when ever they want. Like playing hide and seek.
- If the high-profit homes are in the market, they may also come with high interest.  A house of Rock Star was pulled off the market and re-listed in 2010. They would rather wait instead of get burned in a fire-sale.  Val Kilmer’s 6,000-acre Pecos River Ranch was the market in 2009 at a $33 million price tag after that it has been cut 44% to its current $18.5 million asking price. Abbe Lane, an actress of the 1950s and ’60s, has been trying to sell her Los Angeles home since 2008. Initially listed for $19.7 million, her home now on sale at $9.95 million.

This days,the luxury real estate on average has not suffered to the same extent as the rest of the market, values have dropped 20% in places like Los Angeles, some sellers can do themselves a favor by subscribing to several basic sales tenets.

“Price point is really important,” An expert says.
“If you can get the price right along with a desirable location, it is the key of success.”
